Coronavirus – COVID-19

I take the health, welfare and safety of my clients and their families very seriously; as seriously as I take that of my own family.

At a conference with me there is always hand-sanitiser available, and I encourage clients meeting with me to use it at their leisure.

In most instances you do not have to meet with me at one of my offices.

I can accept instructions for your will, power of attorney, or any other dispute, by email, letter, telephone or video conference.

We can always do video conferencing, or Skype, or if it’s easier, lets just Facetime each other, and remember I am flexible about what times we communicate. Life is just not 9-5.

There are a small number of documents, such as loan documents, mortgage guarantees, wills and powers of attorney, and affidavits which I am required to witness in person.

In most instances, I can provide you with a solution, because the main thing is that we all stay safe and well and try and live with some sense of normality.

If you are feeling unwell before your conference, please let me know, so that we can work out alternative arrangements, and likewise I will do the same, should I need to.

Finally, if you have travelled through (including transit) mainland China, Iran, Italy, Spain, South Korea, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, and the United States of America in the past 14 days, or have come into direct contact with or live with someone who has travelled through these areas, I respectfully request, as part of my COVID-19 precautionary measures, that you ring me first so that we can make alternative arrangements.

If you have any questions about these or any other matters, including some of the ways I communicate with my clients, please do not hesitate to ask.

Thank you, and stay safe and well,

Shane McClure.
