Bail
Shane McClure is available to represent you at a bail application.
His office is always contactable and he will attend any court on your behalf to make your application for bail. Shane McClure has successfully argued for bail for clients when it appeared seemingly impossible that they would get bail.
Shane has often made bail applications for people who are in custody in a Police station, or have been taken to Court after-hours, on weekends and on public holidays.
It is imperative that you obtain legal advice before leaping into a bail application yourself. With recent amendments to the Bail Act 1977 (Vic), it is very difficult to make a second or subsequent bail application when the first application has failed.
If bail is refused, Shane McClure can lodge an application with the Supreme Court of Victoria on your behalf. Shane will prepare your application and guide you every step of the way on what documents you need, and what witnesses you may require to convince the court that they should set you free whilst your case goes through the lengthy court process.
